In case you happen to get bored of the endless tedium that is being dragged around from shop to shop buying clothes you’re other half claims are Christmas gifts for her friends but undoubtedly will end up being worn by her on Christmas Eve…oh and she’s forgotten her purse
No bother. Find the Man Seat in the shop, grab your phone and check out Philosophy Experiments.
Not only is it a really interesting way to spend your waiting time- that being taking Philosophical tests- but it also makes for great conversation on the long drive home.
So by taking tests with names including “Should you Kill the Fat Man” and “Would You Eat Your Cat” find out how normal/ abnormal your mind is against everyone else who has taken the test. Now you dont even notice how long she’s been in the changing room. And all in the name of science.
Having only joined Twitter about a week or two ago Im a little behind the trends. So I’ve only just found out about this on Twitter and I have no idea if this was a big thing or not but I think it’s great craic. The idea is that you add a word to a movie title and ruin it. I tried one and then got totally sucked in, so much so that I ended up searching iMdb to find other movie titles to ruin.
Some of mine include:
-Chariots of Fire(men)
-American Beauty (Pageant)
-Schindler’s (Christmas) List
-Saving Mr. (Sperm) Banks
-(Break)Dances With Wolves
Other funny ones include:
-Kiddy Fiddler on the Roof
-Batman Begins Medication
-Driving Miss Daisy Wild
-The Awkward Silence of the Lambs
-He’s Just Not Putting That Into You
-2001: A Parking Space Odyssey
So give it a shot and if you think of one sure leave a comment and let us know or join us on twitter @rushhourrant.
Then send it to @ruinmoviee on Twitter or email it to email@example.com and if they like it they’ll retweet it. You can also see others at #addawordruinamovie.
